THE IMPACT OF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ON EFFECTIVENESS OF COMMUNICATION

Organizational Communication has become intricate and diverse for whole organizational execution and accomplishment in today’s age. The way the organization communicates with its employees imitates their motivation, morale and performance. The main objective of the present paper is to expand the communication process and effectiveness of performance appraisal on the working employee’s motivation. The paper emphasize on a effectual communication through which employees get appraisal according to their essential performance due to which employees get full satisfaction with their job as well as overall growth for the organization. The impact of job satisfaction will lead to good relationship between employees and organization and increase belief in the workplace. Ultimately it will lead to productive communication in performing well in the organization. This paper will try to find out the effectiveness of performance appraisal on dynamic communication and the outcome of the paper will help in bettering the condition of communication.
