Keywords:
employment, illiterate & implementationAbstract
In India CSR has been a main agenda for a considerable period of time. Many big Indian Corporations are performing CSR activities. The private sector is more active than the government sector in this area. Globally many business leaders are accepting the concept of CSR and agree that it should be streamlined in the business activities of the companies. As a nation India faces many problems. On the Human Development Index India ranks at 136! Nearly 30% of Indian population is illiterate. But India is able to leave a mark on world map. India is a lively country and inclusive growth has been a major national agenda in India from a considerable period of time. Inclusive growth helps in increasing the growth rate and enlarging the size of the economy, while increasing productive employment opportunities. It is important to recognize the gap between reform and outcome to meet the long term perspective. Inclusive growth signifies implementation of policies for sustainable inclusive growth. This will take out many people out of the poverty and provide them the opportunity to participate in the progress of globalization.References
