The technological use in University Libraries and obsolescenceissues are perhaps the most recognized of the challenges to ETD Digitalization Programs. This paper discussedthe ETD digitization Programs: Issues, Challenges and Guidelines in University Libraries. Issues related to ETD digitations programs related to technology.This study also highlights the challenge and guidelines in ETD Digitization Programs.
