AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF REVERSE LOGISTICS IN BUSINESS

Effective management of reverse logistics activities is a key process in today’s business, and a well-designed process can create competitive advantage for a manufacturing firm. The main activity of RL for return process involves the development of a network for returns with the corresponding flow options.
This research paper analyzed the reverse logistics concept and its importance in point of customer satisfaction as well manufacturer.
