WEB 2.0 AWARENESS AMONG NURSING STUDENTS-A STUDY

Abstract
This paper focuses on the awareness and use of web 2.0 tools by Nursing students of Guru Nanak College of Nursing .The main aim is to know the devices used to connect internet, the awareness of web 2.0 applications, purpose of using web 2.0 and SNS etc. The study adopted a survey design and data was collected from the respondents using a questionnaire. The major finding of the study are majority of the respondents are using internet occasionally. and comes to know the web 2.0 tools usage by self learning. Poor internet was the major obstacle for using the web 2.0 applications.
