ASTUDY OF TEACHER’S EFFECTIVENESS OF SENIOR SECONDARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to assess the teacher effectiveness of senior secondary and secondary school teachers. The Survey method has been used in the present study. Teacher Effectiveness Scale was used for collecting the data. The investigator randomly selected one hundred and thirty senior secondary and secondary school’s teachers in and around Moradabad District of Uttar Pradesh (India). The data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t- test and one way ANOVA. The major findings of the present study are: The male and female school’s teacher do not different significantly in their teacher effectiveness. The study reveals that there is a significant difference in teacher’s effectiveness among the school’s teachers with respect to arts and Commerce stream, senior secondary and secondary level, teaching experience.
