Abstract

The present study makes an attempt to study and understand women’s participation in urban informal sector. Further, it tries to analyse their working condition and job satisfaction in this sector, how their poor working condition leads to vulnerability. Lastly it also analyses major difficulties encountered by women vegetable sellers in urban informal sector.
