Abstract
In recent scenario e-learning is one of the fastest growing and most promising markets in the education, commerce and industry sector. E-learning is playing a vital role in current education system. Now a days most of the schools and colleges in India are adapting e-learning for K-12 schools, higher education and graduate course. The main aim of this paper is to analyze the challenges to adopt the e-learning concept, particularly elaborate the gap between Instructor and Learners (Teacher and Student).
