Abstract
This research paper indicates that there are so many prospects which lead to the Health Safety Environment (HSE) and Total Quality Management (TQM) in Global Organisations. Findings and Data assimilated in this research paper suggest that one has to develop more prospects for hazardous occupations and specific sectors; create nationwide awareness: arrange for the mobilization of available resources and expertise.
Through dedicated and concerted efforts India will certainly and steadily march towards economic prosperity consistent with the requirement of safety health and environment at workplace thereby improvising the standard of living of the people.
Companies have to develop common health and safety philosophies, strategies and processes. To ensure health and safety consistency and promote an overall health and safety culture, leading benchmark companies have to coordinate key strategies and activities through a centralized oversight department, such as corporate health and safety.
Like Health Safety Environment (HSE), Total Quality Management (TQM) is also essential to establish cooperative links within the Global Organisations that can span the various gaps among people to enable coordination the actions. TQM Can be viewed to play a transformational role within the organization. A fundamental requirement is a sound quality policy, supported by plans and facilities to implement it.
Expanding the use of performance based regulation holds promise for achieving health, safety quality and environmental goals at lower cost and for doing so in a way that accommodates if not encourages technological innovation.
