Due to liberal policies of the Government   the availability of a number of telecom subscriber and varied tariff rates lead the consumers to switch the service provider. The mobile number portability make easy to switch from one service provider to another without changing number.  The aim of the present study is to investigate the impact of length of relationship, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on customer switching intentions.
