Abstract
शिक्षा एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जो मनुष्य की जन्मजात शक्तियांे के स्वाभाविक एवं सामंजस्यपूर्ण विकास में योगदान देती है। व्यक्तित्व का सर्वांगीण विकास कर उसमें वातावरण से सामंजस्य स्थापित करने की योग्यता का विकास करती है। शिक्षा की प्रक्रिया सतत् गतिशील एवं जीवन पर्यन्त चलती रहती है। शिक्षा समाज को नित्य नये आयाम देती हैं।जब-जब शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नवाचार हुये हैं तब-तब सामाजिक परिवर्तन भी होते रहे हैं।References
