Abstract
In recent years, research scholars and managers have devoted greater attention to the strategic implications of corporate social responsibility. Numerous theories have been brought to bear on the subject of CSR. We summarize selected articles on theoretical perspectives and analyze them for the better understanding of the different theories, practices and policies adopted by the corporate managers and practitioners of the CSR.
