A happy child is the pride of nation. The children are the world’s greatest resource. The investment in children's’ development is the savings for the future of the nation. Today's children are our future and our precious resource the quality of tomorrow’s world, perhaps its survivals will be determined by well being, safety and development of today's children. In the 21st century the electronic and mechanization revolution has reduced the importance of physical Endeavor for every step of life. Since last two and half decade the pattern of society changed. People think about the secure future about their child and they feel their child secure future in Professional field. In all above professional field the type of Job involves very nominal physical activity and more and more mental activity which use to continue by the sitting in air condition room and comfortable sitting. They feel below dignity and standard to do any type of Physical activity. We have to think very seriously about these future citizens of our nation and future of nation. Every individual known that "A Healthy mind lives in a healthy Body" without Physical exercise we can't think about.
The purpose of study is aware to the society through Physical awareness examine comparison of selected motor performance component i.e. Speed and physiological variable i.e, Body Fat between different types of higher secondary school students i.e. school students having sedentary life style due to heavy study schedule due to coaching and school schedule involves in sports activities.
