PROBLEMS IN HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT (HSE) AND TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) IN ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT CONSTRUCTION (EPC) COMPANIES

This research paper indicates that there are so many problems which come on the way of Health Safety Environment and Total Quality Management in Engineering Procurement Construction companies. There are many reasons why the unhealthy, unsafe employees may not obtain the full attention of employers of EPC company even at a site where they have a numerous of strength. In the absence of good health and safe environment how they are unable to provide qualitative work. This research focus on the problems occurs on the way of Health Safety Environment and Total Quality Management. Instead of explaining the problems of Health Safety Environment and Total Quality Management we also understand that how we can overcome these problems after knowing them and avoid non qualitative work in healthy and safe environment in EPC companies.References
