ANALYTICAL STUDY OF EFFECT ON LONG TERM FINANCE ON SHAREHOLDER’S VALUE IN INDIAN CEMENT INDUSTRY

Abstract
Cement Industry has a huge contribution in India’s GDP and infrastructure development. Due to demand of cement new companies from outside also starts function in our country but there are several problems which are faced by these industries. Companies are close or merger due to lack of financial sustainability and capital structure problems. The study is based on the effect of long term financial structure on shareholder’s wealth. In this study as a researcher in tried to study and find out the relation of ROA, ROE, Leverages ratio and correlation with EPS. For this sample size is 10 companies for BSE list (Bombay Stock Exchange) and study about last ten years of data. As cement industry is capital centric in nature, this study will help the industry to understand the facts which fulfil the financial objectives.References
