महाविद्यालय स्तर के छात्र एवं छात्राओं की संवेगात्मक बुद्धि में लिंग भिन्नता का अध्ययन

Abstract
संवेगात्मक बुद्धि मनोविज्ञान की एक नवीन अवधारणा है। यह एक सकारात्मक बुद्धि है, जिसे उचित प्रशिक्षण से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। संवेगात्मक बुद्धि के प्रयोग से समायोजन की क्षमता में वृद्धि होती है प्रस्तुत शोध में महाविद्यालीन स्तर के छात्र एवं छात्राआंे की संवेगात्मक बुद्धि में लिंग भिन्नता का अध्ययन के लिये 40 छात्र एवं 40 छात्राआंे का चयन किया गया। इन विद्यार्थियांे पर संवेगात्मक बुद्धि परीक्षण -डाॅ. एस. माथुर द्वारा निर्मित मापनी का प्रशासन किया गया। फलांकन के उपरांत आँकड़ों का सांख्यकीय विश्लेषण कर परिणामों से प्राप्त हुआ कि छात्र एवं छात्राआंे की संवेगात्मक बुद्धि में लिंग भिन्नताएं नहीं है।References
