GENDER AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Abstract
Women are blessed with innumerable talent and skills and thus they are believed to be the source of life and being. In the era of digitalization, globalization and privatization the role of women has been tremendously increased from handling household work to handling nation affairs. Gender inequality was always one of the factors that has pulled down a woman's growth whether it is in education, doing business or job or even in their personal choices. Women are still treated as a vulnerable section of society. Even today for some familys girl children are still considered a curse for their family. Nevertheless, in spite of many challenges and criticism they havent stopped to mark a spectacular achievement.References
