CONCLUSIONS
In the event of restructuring, it is often seen that the employees do suffer from the effects of survivor’s syndrome.
But the impact of this depends on personality of survivors. Also, the impact can be greatly reduced by taking precautionary steps.
Hence, an effective survivor’s management can help management to improve the quality of the remaining workforce.
