Time management means of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. Time is one of our most important factors of our life. Effective time management is a skill. Most people need to make the most out of their personal and professional lives. To manage time effectively, one must control it. When one does not consciously control time, one’s old habits will control one’s time and set limits on one’s achievements. The first two important steps in taking control of time are making goals and using a schedule. One can use the assignment deadlines and examination dates predetermined for one by one’s instructors as semester goals. But one must prepare a schedule to reach those goals successfully.
This research paper amis at studying how well the students of TMIMT manage time and to give them suggestions for proper time management. Sixty students of MBA course have been surveyed to fulfil the objective of this research paper.
