Abstract

In this Review paper we had a view in our mind that one should get clear idea of counseling service .Where we have given historical view, conceptual view, objectives and area of it also discussed in it .Further elements and types of counseling it benefits has been talked in later part. After it we had thrown light on the services provided to the employees of BSP ,Up to what level the services has been provided by the department of counseling and in what all circumstances they are being helped and motivated not just to perform in the organization but also for their better and healthy life style
