This research paper analyzed different policies of MPFC, which beneficial to young entrepeniur of Madhya Pradesh . Madhya Pradesh Financial Corporation was established under the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951 (SFC Act) for promoting industrial development in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The objective of the Corporation is to provide assistance for establishment of industries in the small, medium service sectors and to play a supportive role in developing the industrial base in the state. The Performance Audit of the Corporation was conducted to assess the economy, efficiency and effectiveness in providing financial assistance during the period from 2006-07 to 2010-11.
