Abstract

In current scenario range of applications of digital signal processor in multimedia and consumer electronics are endless. As the power of programmable Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has increased adaptive filters have become more and more important and are now routinely used in devices such as mobile phones, communication devices, medical monitoring equipment and so on. Since all these devices run with limited battery power and are enabled with multi-media and internet applications low power, area-efficient and high speed filters are need of the hour. In this we paper we present a comparative study of pros and cons of the existing adaptive filtering algorithms.

estation. In this background, the paper endeavours to explain the political economy of energy poverty in Odisha and tries to understand how access to modern energy may trigger economic development in rural Odisha and then to recommend policy measures to come out of the prevailing problems and challenges.
