Abstract

As the world is progressing in research in life sciences, the basic subjects of life sciences, for instance botany are somewhere being left behind in. With the diversification of branches of life sciences into new emerging subjects such as Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetics and Molecular Biology, the mother subject is largely ignored. It is being observed that there is a great shortage of newer and application oriented research topics.
