Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to report the analysis on the key problems regarding Intellectual capital. Tangible assets like property, plant, and instrumentality still the vital factors within the production of each merchandise and services .This paper derives the theoretical analysis from the previous literature done by the varied researchersand bases the study on repository information listed on completely different stock exchanges. The time gap taken of various research reviews is of 10 to 12 years so that there can be distinctive study due to varied in time.  In distinction with earlier studies the study uses considerably a lot of observations, that makes the results a lot of reliable and generalizable. The paper concludes by maintaining the importance of addressing these problems so as to boost the credibleness of IC revealing, and offers suggestions for doing therefore.
