ICT MEDIATED TEACHING LEARNING PEDAGOGY AND ITS EFFECTS

In this Paper, the author has discussed about the various teaching, learning techniques of ICT and
their effects in various teaching-Learning situations. The author has also discussed how Covid-19
pandemic paved the way for ICT mediated teaching- Learning environment and brought in use of
various virtual platforms in regular practice. In other words, use of technological innovations is
dominating the entire process of teaching and learning and can bring in positive changes but cannot
replace teachers, but teachers who can keep themselves abreast of technological advancements will
surely be replaced by those teachers.

LIBRARY AUTOMATION AND DIGITIZATION STATUS OF PRIVATE TECHNICAL COLLEGES

The present studies define the library automation and digitization status of
Private Technical College Libraries (PTCL) in West Bengal. The methodology adopted for this
studies researcher using survey method with structured questionnaire for collecting data. It was
observed that 31% college libraries fully automated, 63% partially or taken initiative and 31% taken
initiatives for creation of digitization of their libraries. But researcher tries to identify the
infrastructure using by the libraries for the automation and digitization. The paper concluded with
some suggestion about that matter.
